A cornerstone of Larry Meyer Construction since 1991, Kris brings decades of experience and craftsmanship to every project. He finds the greatest reward in seeing a build come to life—and the joy on clients’ faces when they step into their finished home. Known for his steady leadership and attention to detail, Kris thrives in LMC’s team-first environment, where everyone works together toward one goal: delivering exceptional results and happy homeowners.

Aaron has been part of the Larry Meyer Construction team since 2015. With a strong interest in residential carpentry from an early age, he brings a passion for craftsmanship to every project. He enjoys seeing transformations take place from one phase to the next and is constantly learning new techniques along the way. Aaron’s dedication to quality and growth makes him a key part of the team and a reliable presence with every project.

With nearly 25 years at Larry Meyer Construction, Doug brings decades of hands-on experience and craftsmanship to every build. Drawn to the trades by a love of working with his hands, solving problems, and pushing the limits of what can be built, he takes pride in creating work that few can match. Known for his precision and dedication to quality, Doug’s skill and commitment make him an invaluable part of the LMC team.

With more than 34 years at Larry Meyer Construction, Matt brings unmatched expertise and leadership to every project. Though life first steered him into the trades, it quickly became clear he was right where he belonged. His favorite part of the process is watching a blueprint come to life—transforming ideas on paper into a finished home. Known for his steady guidance, deep knowledge, and commitment to doing things the right way, Matt continues to set the standard for quality and craftsmanship at LMC.

Ashtin first joined Larry Meyer Construction in the summer of 2020, working in the field before rejoining the team in 2024. Fascinated by the building process, she finds excitement in everything from framing to finishing touches. Now involved in estimating, Buildertrend management, and social media, she brings organization, creativity, and attention to detail to every project—connecting the vision on paper with the work in the field as she continues to grow her expertise.

Jess joined Larry Meyer Construction in early 2025, bringing years of experience and a passion for working with a company that stays true to its core values. After time in larger organizations, she was drawn to LMC’s close-knit environment, where the focus is on people as much as projects. In accounting, Jess plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly— ensuring accuracy, organization, and trust in every step. Her attention to detail and steady support help build the financial foundation behind each project’s success.
